In this article the possibility of transforming employee relations to collective relations based on collective agreements is analyzed. It is sought to answer such problematic questions as: Are employee relations in Lithuania regulated only by Labour Code? What is the benefit of collective bargaining for employer and employees? What kind of key issues between employees and employers are regulated by collective agreement? The subject of the research is management of relations based on collective agreement. The aim of the research is to identify the contribution of development of collective bargaining to improvement of competitive ability of region. [...]. |
