Job motivation is conceptualised as a means of stimulating the an individual to work towards organizational goals by satisfying personal needs, it becomes an integral part of organizational development. Employee needs satisfaction by through employing application of individual physiological and intellectual abilities in the work environment implies a direct link with the organizational productivity. MJob motivation at work theories deal with the human needs phenomenon and attempt to explain how the job motivation process functions. Was constructed sSome the models of job motivation based on the motives and needs of employees have been constructed. Quite a number of scientists have published studies on job motivation from a view point of its content, where was analysedwhich deal with the nature of the motivational process. The object of the research is - concept of motive definition and need as in the job the foundation of motivation. The aim of the research is work - to analyze the variety of forms of motive difference approaches with the purpose view to show reveal, as clearly as possible, motive role of motive and need in the job motivation process.
