Abstract [eng] Perceiving the existence of the world as a continuous qualitative development, the man’s existence is conceptualised as constant innovative activities, determined by qualitative trichotomy that naturally develops in time. Perceiving life as a constant qualitative development, particular attention is given to construction of new knowledge about the man’s meaningfulness in the conditions of constant change. This is the basis for empowerment of lifelong learning culture and at the same time scientific-praxeological approaches that form new types of the society by means of educational meanings. The necessity to acknowledge informal learning as tantamount to other qualities of learning is relevant because its meanings have penetrated too much everywhere and all people themselves are naturally involved into it or are involved by others. Namely the change of post-modern social-cultural paradigm of lifelong learning gives a sense to a polylogue on cultures and generalises social-educational importance and spread of the discourse on informal learning.
