It is determined with very different strategy of personality, also with different attitudes to the family role and its welfare, different understanding of the system of communication between state and citizens, as well as understanding of modern residence concept. Our researches show about quick changes in the understanding of family residence. Family residence now mostly is evaluated as stable and safe place for all family members and it has to be created in accordance with comprehensive family needs. The fast creation of new townships especially in suburban areas of metropolitan cities shows about striving to realize new expectations of modern families to obtain private homestead. Now we have a lot of problems, connected with formation of different style of homesteads. Big amount of young families are trying to relocate from cities to the rural areas, where they expect to fine more space for their private homesteads. The case study of such one family successful attempt is provided in the paper. |
