Abstract [eng] The process of moral development of man as the principal subject of culture is very important question; wisdom and strengthening of spirituality, must be at main place, if we want to improve human life. In the relativistic morality times such sociologist and philosopher as Vydūnas is actual and significant in society as the humanistic thinker; his conception of the development of human spiritual power shows its influence to the development of all human personality. He thinks that the creation of the world is identical to the diversity of the people and their impressions. The light of the person’s (woman and man) consciousness (which transfuses the impressions), is very significant. In the paper personalistic theory of E. Maunier is researched. The characteristics (and theories) of war and the situation of the soldiers (who dedicated their lives to fighting battles) and other meanings of this phenomenon are described. Our research shows, that the process of formation of new social movements (f. e., of women) is going. The individualization and new forms of solidarity of women, their seeking to be represented in different power fields as significant moments are investigated by sociologists which are collaborating with feministic movement (at the present time are very much women’s organizations). In the article the aspects of feministic organization leader‘ s formation is researched. The author emphasizes the relation among the independence and growing openness of people.
