Abstract [eng] The classification of the deviations in the rolamite type mechanisms (RTMs) is given. The factors influencing kinematical accuracy of RTMs are errors of manufacturing of elements and sliding of RTM elements owing to imperfection of geometrical and elastic connections in RTM. The influences of deviations from roundness of rollers on accuracy of positioning an RTM are considered theoretically and described by the equations. The reasons of beat of axes of RTM rollers are discussed. The term of “tight structure” of an RTM is scientifically substantiated in this article. It is proven here that the enlargement of angle of the covering of band on the roller has a positive effect on the distributing of the imposed forces because of the more even distribution of the load.
