Abstract [eng] Numerous ongoing educational phenomena are currently undergoing the period of significant transformations, determined by “post-modernising” life contexts. Key experience of post-modernity is the experience of particularly diverse forms of knowing, life challenges, and activity models. Paradigm shift in education studies in the context of post-modern society creates numerous new areas of creative searches and the bravest alternatives of the scientific research. The post-modernity context means that we refer to a complicated shift of the process. Transition to the postmodern and active society also means transition to reorientation of higher education from global concepts to diversification strategies and paradigm diversity.
