This paper looks at the theoretical researches on dynamic model of a system "roler-band" of a rolamite type mechanism (hereinafter referred to as RTM). The dynamic model is presented in two variants: when the concatc between bodies of the analyzed system is deformed and when it is not deformed. The dynamic model of a system "roler-band" of the RTM is described by the differential equations and is analyzed in the aspect when the system is not under influence of excitation of vibrations. There are investigated the conditions of non-slipping among the bodies of a system "roler-band" of the RTM, i.e. the conditions when the bodies come into a non-slipping zone and further move in identical velocities. The curves of theoretical research are shown. Four schemes of executive devices of rolamite type, including those with piezoelectric elements, are presented and described. Rollers are wrapped by a flexible band with strain and in big angle and contact each other only via a flexible band. |
