The article presents the forms of partnerships, describes their formation processes and risk sharing. The key changes in the Lithuanian legal basis in this sphere are analysed. The forms of partnerships in Mazeikiai district (in Lithuania), their principles and strategies are examined, the implementation of partnership projects, their demand and risks are assessed. In the discussion part, partnership management development guidelines are considere. |
