While technologies are evolving, competition is becoming more intense, and the role and preferences of clients are shifting, the possibilities for organizations to differentiate themselves providing functional value are becoming extremely limited. When considering long-term significance of client retention and understanding the importance of search for innovative marketing solutions that create value, longterm clientorganization relationships are becoming a significant field of scientific research. Although long-term client-organization relationships receive great attention of researchers, the elaboration of the relationship concept itself is rather rarely found in scientific literature; there is no unanimous understanding what the essential elements of relationships are.
