Abstract [eng] |
There was stated that positive associations enclose students’ perception about pedagogues as competent persons, professional specialists. Pedagogues have good educative and personal features. The personality of a pedagogue is associated with better education process and with highly educated human who knows how to teach students and how to prepare them for social and professional life. A teacher is also able to choose methods for education of students. Students identify that pedagogues are very good psychologists and advisers. They also know how to communicate with children and they are attentive to students’ needs. Pedagogues are equated to relatives (namely with parents) who are playing the most important role in students’ life. This demonstrates very close relationship between students and teachers and that pedagogues sometimes are as important as parents. This relationship is grounded on humanistic values that are visible in education processes. Negative associations about pedagogues are the results of social events like low incomes of pedagogues and very difficult and hard work. These mentioned facts limit time for personal perfection and diminish the need to educate self. Students mentioned that many teachers still do not have sufficient competencies of management and didactics. Sometimes students identify unprofessional teachers. Increasing aggression in adolescence period, enormous work loads and others factors stimulate emotional troubles of teachers and influence students and their progress. Thus, students recognize negative personal and professional behaviour of teachers in education process and identify them as cruel people. It was found that in negative aspect teachers were identified with judges, guards who are teaching students without paying attention to students’ rights. |
