The article deals with important problem of personnel and customer loyalty in strategic management of organizations. Strategic management is effective if the personnel of organizations and their customers are familiar with strategies creation process, which is the main condition for effective development of organizations, particularly under conditions of current economic crisis. As scientific researches of the world show, loyal personnel of different organizations constitutes approximately 19 per cent of all their personnel. In Lithuania that indicator is only 11 per cent of all personnel of organization. This situation shows how meaningful is stimulation of loyalty of personnel in Lithuania. The loyalty of personnel in organizations is created by means of moral and material stimulation. The main means of moral stimulation are: praises from executive managers of organization, letter of honour, participation in various festive events with family members, possibilities for career advancement, additional holidays for having done very important tasks, guarantees in employment, involvement in decision- making. Scientific researches indicate that as organizations’ good management practice, most effective inducements in material stimulation of personnel are: fair wages, wage premiums, premiums for holidays and material stimulation for input in profits of organization. The stimulation of loyalty of customers produces the biggest effect on strategic management of organizations if by financial means are maintained long-term contracts with suppliers of raw materials and products as well as with consumers of products and services made in organization. In that respect very important are contracts of deliveries, except “just in time” ones, which minimize costs of storing materials and products provided for production process. [...]. |
