In the article referring to 242 persons seeking for pedagogue’s qualification in retraining studies, we reveal how students evaluate andragog’s activities, evaluation of study results with regard to aspects of self-sufficiency, initiative’s development. It is stated that according to the retrained pedagogues, andragogs are more oriented towards knowledge transmission and formal evaluation, but pay little attention to development of students’ self-sufficiency and initiative. |
