Abstract [eng] Growing society’s needs force financial sector more frequently to adjust unusual, original and more flexible decisions. The aim of this article is to reveal a conception of creative business decisions and to evaluate their influence for bank’s activity results. The object of this article is creative business decisions. In the field of scientific literature, creative decisions are often considered as individuals’ abilities to cover new way out points and problems’ solution 260 methods, easily changing current experience and attitude to present situation. After analyzing the concept of creativity and creative decisions, creative decisions in bank’s activity could be understood as a creativity phenomenon form of human resources and new flexible ideas witch maximize bank’s competitiveness, widen bank’s assortment of products and services and also provide information about suggested services in original way. The concept of creativity by many scientists in common viewpoint is treated as a certain ability to solve problems in origin, nonstandard way. According to them, individual’s contemplation was divided in two: divergent and convergent. Exactly divergent thinking is identified with creativity – ability to create solution methods for different problems, whereas convergent thinking is based on certain formalization. It was meant, that individuals’ creativity is inborn feature, but in length of time it was found, that environment in which individual grows has a bigger influence for creativity than genes. If professional task is solved in traditional ways, it’s not a creative process. Creative task appears, when after unsuccessful attempts, using well known methods, is failed to take right decision. In casual professional activity, creativity appears in the use of information in a different way – unusual behavior in usual situations.[...].
