Abstract [eng] Participation of a client (known as a co-producer) is rather new conception in the creation of service where clients take part in projects, in direct, all-round and not only physical ways, together with professional representatives of service providers. By revealing and understanding client’s roles, each company can not only satisfy their clients’ needs better, but also receive material and non material profit for themselves. A scientific problem has been raised in this article that can be expressed in these questions: what roles does a client fulfil while participating in creation of service and which role influences co-production (joint creation of a service) the best? Research subject: a client’s participation in the services of furniture design following the example of productive companies. [...].
