The subject of the research is the process of adaptation of new employees. The aim of the research is to evaluate the process of adaptation of new employees in a sports organization. The following research methods are applied in the research: scientific literature analysis, interview and qualitative content analysis. The study included 5 respondents (2 men and 3 women) from different sports clubs in Kaunas. |
