However the multivariate logistic regression revealed the delivery mode and elder maternal age as the only significant factors associated with the exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion. The vaginal delivery (versus Cesarean section) and elder maternal age increased the probability of exclusive breast-feeding, while no one significant and independent psychological factor measured in this study was associated with infant’s feeding mode at the third-fourth moth. |
