| Abstract [eng] |
Genetic diversity of Primula farinosa L., an endangered species in Lithuania, was analyzed using RAPD method. Four populations from different places of Lithuania were studied. Totally, 55 RAPD bands were revealed from 7 primers. 29,1 % of RAPD bands were polymorphic. PCoA showed genetic specificity of studied populations. |
