There are five departments in the Botanical Garden of Vilnius University, which accumulate and analyze the genetic resources of plants. The diversity of gladioli species and cultivars is great, that is reason why it is not easy to classify them. The characterization descriptors of gladioli for diagnostic purpose to describe the gladioli are presented in this article. |
