The gladiolus (Gladiolus L.) is included in the list of five most popular in the world plants which are the most suitable for picking. Several thousand gladioli cultivars have been created. In Lithuania gladioli are the most popular plants with flower breeders who successfully carry out selection with these flowers. Gladioli are valued for the variety of blossom colors, simple growing and fast propagation. The diversity of gladioli blossoms' colors is huge - from a snow-white to dark brown color. |
