Modern organizations are exposed to the IT development, live in conditions of intense transformation, so it is natural that organizations exist in a constantly changing environment, raising new requirements for the organization and its activities. It is obvious that it directly affects the teams, operating in organizations, activities - change the established work habits and adapt to a virtual environment. It is not easy to organize a team in a virtual environment. How to focus on work and manage teams in traditional type organizations is investigated in scientific works, the main models and techniques applied in human resource management are named. However, a virtual environment creates new, these days especially acute problems in the management of virtual teams. Therefore, it can be argued that the research subjects for improvement team management in a new business environment, affected by the IT development, are very significant. The main objective of this work is to investigate personnel management process in a virtual team. |
