Abstract [eng] In this paper, by document analysis, the factors that influence formation of incorrect body posture of early and pre-school age children are examined. By criterion of selection 484 children health records that included early intervention service, were checked. Results of document analysis showed that incorrect body posture was observed in many subjects, however while applying multiple rehabilitation and observing good habits, body posture was correct. Research study showed that the number of children with incorrect body posture increased, but their age decreased. Research results revealed that formation of incorrect body posture was influenced by these factors: diseases (rachitis, flatfoot), health disorders (hypotrophy, prematurity, dysplasia, hypoxia, impaired cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) circulation), muscle tone, deformations of knee and foot, bad habits (sitting in "W" position, early use of baby walker and/or guiding). Most important decision approach to posture diseases is early diagnostic rehabilitation, because in early age through stimulation of impaired motor it is possible to achieve better results.
