Abstract [eng] The competition period of elite female wrestler’s is becoming more complicated: the number of samples is increasing, training is intensifying during the competition period. One of the determinants of sample success is the physical fitness of the wrestler. All of these statements presuppose the importance of controlling the training of a wrestler. Problem. Sports scientists (Bompa, 2015, 1998, 1994; Cepulėnas, 2001; Nikolajonok, 2001, Platonov, 1986, 1988, 1995, 1997, 2004, Poliakov, 1997; Карпман, Белоцерковский, Гудков, 1974 and others) found that applied training loads affect physical performance indicators. Problems usually arise when trying to determine how this connection works in the training of athletes in a particular sport. The training of wrestlers has not yet become the subject of serious research. Another problem is that the training of an elite wrestler, and at the same time the management of physical fitness indicators, should be very sensitive. Therefore, daily analysis of training load and physical performance indicators is necessary. The significance of this analysis increases greatly during the competition period. The object of the research: management of elite wrestler's physical ability indicators during the competition period The aim of the research: to analyze the peculiarities of the change and management of the physical fitness indicators of the elite wrestler during the competition period. Research tasks: 1. To analyze the indicators of wrestlers' physical ability assessment and their influence on the results of the samples. 2. To study the training program implemented by the elite wrestler during the competition period. 3. To determine the change of the elite wrestler's physical ability indicators during the competition period, highlighting the peculiarities of their management. Conclusions. 1. The scientific literature usually provides general indicators of the physical capacity of wrestlers, very rarely specific indicators of physical capacity. 2. On average, an athlete trains 7.5 times during one competition micro. The average duration of one competition microcycle exercise is 10 hours. This is a smaller amount of hours compared to the recommended ones. On average, during one competition microcycle, the athlete performs 3 very intense samples (2.36 control and 0.71 competition). 58.3% is allocated for technical-tactical training, 36% for physical training. exercise time. 3. The most sensitive indicators of the physical fitness of an elite wrestler are heart rate at rest in the morning. Heart rate in the morning from 51.1 ± 0.7 heartbeat / min. (MiV1) decreased (p <0.05) to 40.7 ± 1.0 heartbeat / min. (MiV13). Rufje index from 2.9 ± 0.7 r.u. (MiV1) decreased (p <0.05) to -1.8 ± 0.8 r.u. (MiV13).
