Tetrazolo [1,5-a][1,5] benzodiazepine derivatives as products of the cyclization were synthesized and characterized by the methods of 1H, 13C NMR, IR, UV-Vis and elemental analysis. The NMR properties are described and compared with the known starting 4-hydrazino-1,5- benzodiazepines. The methods of molecular modeling were applied for examination of the structural features of the products. Fluorescent properties of the title compounds were studied and discussed. |
