| Abstract [eng] |
Person-centred care is known as a novel approach which contributes to wellbeing, prevention, care and support of patients. There is little evidence about practicing PCC in stroke rehabilitation. In this paper, we develop a novel framework for creation of person-centred services for stroke rehabilitation which supports service configuration adapted to the requirements of each patient. The framework is elaborated over evidence from neurology department of Clinical Centre in Montenegro. |
