The master 's thesis analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of social services in the case management process. In the first part of the work, in the theoretical aspect, the analysis of the case management process is performed and the theoretical overview of social services and their efficiency is presented. In the research part, using the content analysis, individual help plans were analyzed, created during the case management process and the planned help measures for parents with and without mental and behavioral disorders were compared. Then, using semi-structured interview and content analysis methods, the effectiveness of social services for parents with mental and behavioral disorders in the case management process was revealed. |
