Abstract [eng] The master's final work analyses the technological progress factors determining the evolution of the share of labour income in national income. The aim of this work is to analyse labour share and the technological factors determining the share of labour income in national in theoretic aspect, then to analyse and assess the impact of the technological factors determining the share of labour income in groups of European Union countries. The first part of the work is an analysis of the scientific literature to identify the factors determining the functional distribution of income and the decline of the share of labour income in national income. The second part of the work provides a methodology for the analysis of technological factors determining the change of the labour share in national income. The countries of the European Union are divided according to the size of the economy. The factors determining the labour share changes in national income and their indicators are reveald. In the third part of the work, by using the regression analysis the impact of indicators reflecting the impact of technological factors on changes in the labour share of income in the European Union and in individual groups of countries of the European Union are measured. The results of the study showed that technological progress reduces the share of labour income in national incomes and has different effects in individual groups of countries. However, one group of countries whose share of labour incomes would be more affected by technological changes cannot be distinguished.
