| Abstract [eng] | In this work exponential and logistic population models are described and applied to populations of Lithuania and the World. Population growth rate is calculated and predicted using time series. Based on Earth’s resources and human consumption, the maximum possible population is estimated. The projections of Lithuanian and World populations for 80 years are made. |
