The relevance of the study. As quality has become one of the most important strategic educational goals in Lithuania, Europe and in the world, modern secondary school is obliged to look for new ways to ensure the quality of work. For successful and efficient functioning of the organization, it is important to be able to coordinate the quality of internal management (Lamanauskas, 2009). One of the most effective quality assurance measures in secondary schools is implementation (development) of the internal quality management system. The object of research – the development peculiarities of the quality management system internal activity in comprehensive schools. Objective of the study – to justify theoretically and empirically development peculiarities of internal quality management system and the significance of the efficiency of work and its improvement in comprehensive schools. |
