Master's thesis analyzes the social support monetary management in Akmene district municipality 2012-2014 period. The final work, through the content analysis of documents and expert research, thoroughly analyses and evaluates the social support monetary management in Akmene district municipality, highlighting problems and providing opportunities for improvement. The work consists of four parts, conclusions, recommendations, references and appendices. The theoretical part of the thesis analyzes the discourse of the social support monetary management, overviews the social support systems of European monetary union members and explores the social support monetary management in Lithuania. The practical part analyzes the current situation of Akmene district, based on the legislation of social support monetary management, documents and reports. The monetary management in the area of social support, its weaknesses and opportunities for improvement are dealt with in detail. Analysis of the expert interview survey is provided. The study surveyed Akmene district municipality, social support division and four neighborhoods of social support professionals. Based on the study data, possibilities to improve the social support monetary management were assessed and a hypothetical model was developed. Conclusions and recommendations were submitted. |
