Master's thesis examines Mazeikiai and it’s district administration of social housing and rental strategic management system based on the scientific literature, law, strategic and other contents of the documents, statistical analysis and expert interview techniques. The study consists of two main parts: In the first part the aim is to reveal the administration of social housing and rental system of strategic management and the main theoretical aspects of the relationship between the importance of cooperation between public authorities, were analyzed social services and system administration features of the self-government, social services sector of the concept and classification of the main administration and organizational trends. Strategic management is particularly important in all social housing administration system development, the basis of which also explores the strategic conception process. On this basis, strategic management is conducted and it’s main functions - planning - analysis, in a context of strategy concept. The second part covers conducted expert survey, which included six public sector organizations working in the field of social housing in order to identify the main social housing rental system administration and strategic management assumptions in Mazeikiai District Municipality. After a survey which was carried out by the European Union, Lithuania and legal Mazeikiu district administration of social housing and rental of strategic management system database and expert interview method, it was made possible to assess the details of Mazeikiai District Municipality prevailing social housing administration system and to highlight the fundamental problems of social housing, creating practical Mazeikiai District Social administration and rental housing infrastructure improvement opportunities that will help Mazeikiu district administration of social housing and rental systems in further strategic management. |
