In the final analysis of the work of the master of the Cash management of social assistance the Mažeikiai district. Rising unemployment, growing social exclusion and the economic downturn has led to a rapid growth in the number of disadvantaged persons, on the basis of both the number of beneficiaries and expenditure on social assistance, development trends. In order to support the financial services the social assistance accuracy and efficiency and a more rational use of public funds from 1 January 2014. given the social allowance in the a stand-alone function of the municipalities. So the local government have not only more freedom, but more responsibility in the provision of monetary social assistance. At the end of the first, theoretical part of the work of the master of the Lithuanian and foreign authors insights about the peculiarities of the financial social assistance, public administration concepts and describes the principles of diversity, and the definition of social assistance. Analyzing legislation, which allows the assessment of the differences between the old and new procedures for the provision of the financial social assistance. Recognising the importance of the financial management of social assistance, provides a practical aspect of the Lithuanian scientific research work, which examines the transformation of the financial social assistance system. |
