Social care services organization and provision of essential care to ensure the quality of weather and orphan children, the elderly, the homeless, the unemployed life. The goal - to explore the social care organization and the development of Mazeikiai District Municipality and define the potential of the service management improvement opportunities. Who have written on the subject analyzed Lithuanian and foreign scientific literature, articles, surveys. Empirical method helped out deep semi-structured interviews with experts, which was used to collect data for qualitative data analysis. The results revealed that the Mazeikiai District Social care services personnel are competent in work productively. But it is preferable to allocate more funds for the care service mission, that would be an opportunity to improve the care and development of the organization. The main factors that determine a good social care organization, is professionalism, kindness, responsibility; rational allocation of funds. Users, their relatives and staff collaboration with other donors agencies helps to quickly obtain the necessary care services. This work the defendant's claim that the increasing need for social services to groups of people with Mazeikiai District Municipality, an increasing need for the development of new care homes with out-patient services opportunities proved. |
