The degree work is analysing the strategic institutional management. Subject matter – the practice Public Enterprise the Republican Hospital of Siauliai. The aim of the study: examinated the situation of PI Republican hospital of Šiauliai City practise and strategic planning components, substantiate PI Republican hospital of Šiauliai City development direction of practise. The realise the aim of the study are raised following tasks: analyse concepts of strategic management and special features in public sector; on the basis of PI Republican hospital of Šiauliai City documents, analyse this hospital main practises and situation of strategic management; introduce improvement direction of strategic management in PI Republican hospital of Šiauliai City. Research has been performed, using academic literature, works of strategic management of Lithuanian and foreign authors, academic publications, researches and reports of Lithuahian statistic department. The research involved the director of strategių management department in Public Enterprise the Republican Hospital of Siauliai. Pursuant the document analyse the following has been noticed, that in Public Enterprise the Republican Hospital of Siauliai has prepare the plan of strategic action exhaustive and it`s trying to follow attempts. The practise of Public Enterprise the Republican Hospital of Siauliai might be improvement in these strategic directions - strengthening of human capital; orientation to the patient; effective management. There was given a permission to use the name of Public Enterprise the Republican Hospital of Siauliai in the degree work. |
