School and quality are wedded conseptions. According to V. Indrasiene (2001)the main teaching tendency is not reproducible knowledge increasing, but efforts to perceive the human being and the world ,as well as to make conditions for learner to experience himself, to create and participate in the public and the world changing. Student„s and teacher„s interaction is their intercourse, collaboration, mutual understanding and respect decide the final result which is quality education. From the teacher„s professional image elements namely students knowledge acceptance , assimilation quality and relations between themselves depend. Object of the research – pedagogues progessional image. Hypothesis of the research –it is possible that pedagogues professional image elements are important to teaching (learning) quality: as far as importance of the teachers professional image elements for teaching(learning) quality is stronger in value of students and teachers , the more teaching( learning) is better quality. |
