Abstract [eng] The research hypothesis: likely, teachers favourabely evaluating opportunities of remote learning and having work experience, the same favourabely evaluate distant teaching influence on the quality of education too. The aim of the reseach is to analyze assurance opportunities of the quality of education aiming distant learning. Objectives to achieve the aim: to analyze theoretical aspects of the quality of education conception, factors that shape the quality of education, the concept of distant learning and the need; to research teachers' opinion through assurance of the quality of education aiming remote teaching in gymnasiums. Methods used in the research: analysis of scientific literature - will reveal the theoretical aspects related to the quality of education, educational opportunities using distant learning. It will also help to define the necessary concepts. A questionnaire - to research teachers opinion, statistical data analysis - applying descriptive statistic for data analysis, structured interview - to research for leaders opinion. 193 Lithuanian high schools' teachers and 5 gymnasium principals participated in the research. Recieved essential conclusions: teachers aware of the quality of education as properly provided teaching service of which realization the most significant factor is the teachers' own competence and professionalism, because, practically, it depends on teachers' activity what outcomes will achieve their students.
