Abstract [eng] The importance of labor emigration and the impact to Lithuanian economy have been analyzed in the Master's work. According to Lithuanian and foreign authors from the various studies, law, scientific literature, in the theoretical part of the labor emigration presents theoretical assumptions: the essence of international migration, classification, defined international migration theory and examine how emigration affects Lithuanian labor market and the most important economic indicators, what is the connection between these variables. Assuming that emigration was influenced to them, it was compared how may vary the above discussed indicators for the ten-year term. Approved by the author's research formed the hypothesis that the main cause of emigration is the difference between macroeconomics indicators of origin and destination countries. In the analytical part of the work based on statistical data and adapted correlation and regression analysis methods showed the influence of labor emigration to these macroeconomic indicators: GDP per capita, unemployment and employment rates, wages, consumer price index, individual consumption expenditure, number of vacancies, social benefit recipents and then number of private individuals cash remittances. The prognostication of macroeconomic indicators was done for 2014-2016, and on the basis of it, is provided the economic development perspectives.
