According to the scientific material of foreign and Lithuanian authors, in this Master work the conception of real estate, economic factors, that determine the market of real estate and also the correlation between the real estate market and economics have been analyzed and reasoned. In analytical-research part the dynamics of a habitable property prices, according to various sources, are presented, also the dynamics of economic factors, that determined changes of real estate market in 2003-2013 are given. The impact of economic factors on the changes of real estate prices has been assessed. Also, this Master work systematizes and presents the macroeconomic prognoses of various institutions and experts of economics, also presents the prognoses for inhabitable real estate market for 2014-2016 in Lithuania by the experts of real estate. |
