Abstract [eng] Urgency of research. In nowadays context of education change it is necessary to react to changes which happen in our social environment, pay attention to worker because namely worker becomes the main factor which settles efficiency of organization work. So, it is obviously that education organizations which want to survive and exist successfully in conditions of more and more intensive competition should properly motivate their workers, understand their behavior and needs. In other words, organizations which do not value properly the meaning of workers motivation and do not pay enough attention to ensure workers’ satisfaction of their work risk to experience failure because quality of their service depends mostly on these factors. Object of research – pre-school education teachers’ motivation for success. The aim of research – theoretically give proof and empirically investigate expression of pre-school education teachers’ motivation for success and connection with efficiency of work. Methods of research: 1. Theoretical: analysis of science literature and education documents of Lithuanian Republic which regulate pre-school education teachers’ work. 2. Empirical: survey and half-structural interview. 3. Statistical: working up and analysis of empirical data using Microsoft Excel program. 4. Analysis of interview content.
