Abstract [eng] Learning motivation of students, and further training for career have theoretical and practical aspects, gives the opportunity to adjust the learning motivation as well as to optimize the process of education. Research problem: In today's society there is a distinct social, economic, and technological differences between the city and small towns in countryside. It is possible that this would have an impact on students learning ability. The problematic examination questions are – what the motivation definition features of the senior class students’ rise in the city schools and in schools of small towns in countryside; what are the main factors leading student learning motivation; what factors impact the student’s future perspective. Object of the research The learning motivation of the senior class students’ from the city schools and schools of small towns in countryside. Aim of the research: To base the expression and the definition features of the learning motivation of the senior class students’ from the city schools and schools of small towns in countryside. Methods. The methodology of the scientific work was the review of the scientific literature and questionnaire survey.
