The importance of the research. Choosing a profession is a multiple long-term process and one of the most relevant problems as the wellbeing of a person depends on an appropriate decision. Choosing a profession lasts all the time when pupils study, however, practice indicates that many problems appear when one needs to make an appropriate decision which of the professions to choose. The hypothesis of the research. It might be presumed that the work of the career professionals is not sufficient for the pupils’ professional self-determination. The subject of the research is the relevance of the work of the career professionals for the pupils’ professional self-determination. The aim of the research is to analyse theoretically and empirically the relevance of work of the career professionals for the pupils’ professional self-determination. |
