Master‘s thesis aims to generalize theoretic IPO principles, to analyze and economically justify AB „Naujasis kalcitas“ IPO process and evaluate its impact on the performance of the company. The theoretical part reveals the IPO transaction theoretical and economical substantiation and levels study methods. The financial performance analysis of the company AB Naujasis Kalcitas is proceeded in the analytical part of the thesis. It reveals that the company has a perspective of interest to investors to earn profits and pay dividends in the future. According to the proceeded analysis the entrance of the company AB „Naujasis Kalcitas“ to NASDAQ OMX Baltic Stock Exchange situation is modeled in order to assess the economic benefits of the IPO transaction. In the constructive part of the work it is carried out the IPO transaction effect to the company's performance. The evaluation has shown that the company is appropriate to proceed IPO transaction. |
