Most heads of organizatons and employees understands that changes are inevitable, and that it‘s necessary to react to them, but however not all of them can manage it. While in the scientific literature are many models how to manage changes, but only few organizations are able to implement changes successfully on the basis of those models. And it comes to problematic issue, which aims to submit generalized J. Kotter (1995), K. Lewin (1951), and Adkar change management theories, integrating the managenet of change model and on this basis to evaluated the change management situation in the selected organization. To solve the problematic issue, was selected the aim of this thesis – to perform change management conception and change management models theoretical analysis; to evaluate change management situation in Father‘s Benedikto Andruškos primary school; to perform Father‘s Benedikto Andruškos primary school change – to become non – state school analysis of the implementation and submit effective change management proposals together with action plan. Thesis object – change management. The targets to achieve this aim: to analyse concept of the changes and a variety of changes in the organization and reveal change management concept, structure and realization. After discussed change management models and selected J. Kotter (1995), K.Lewin (1951) and Adkar change management theories, was concluded the change management model, which combines those theories. |
