Abstract [eng] Master thesis analyses the expression of employee loyalty in automobile trade salons. The topicality of the theme was presupposed by the positive impact of employee loyalty upon the organization: it increases the commitment of employees, develops the quality of services, decreases the demand of investments related to the search, employment, training of employees, increases the satisfaction of employees, minimizes the change of employees, improves the quality of organization’s processes, increases productivity and profitability. Apart from this, there no doubt about the existence of direct relationship between employee loyalty and customer loyalty. The loyalty of employees in trade companies can become the source of differentiation and competitive advantage. These aspects are undoubtedly important in the sector of automobile trade. The aim of the thesis was to analyse theoretical aspects of employee loyalty expression and to measure the expression of employee loyalty in automobile trade salons in Lithuania and its factors. The aim was implemented through the following tasks: 1) to analyse and rectify the concept of employee loyalty suitable for the master thesis; 2) to analyse the content and factors of employee loyalty; 3) to evaluate the expression of employee loyalty in automobile trading salons; 4) to estimate the organizational factors of employee loyalty in automobile trading salons; 5) to formulate the model of employee loyalty in automobile trading salons. The following methods were applied: scientific literature analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, a questionnaire survey, statistical analysis.
