The objective of the paper is to assess the image of Mazeikiai city’s education organizations and to assess the image’s forming elements. Master's thesis analyze the theoretical organizations image’s evaluation aspects, the elements that determine educational organizations image; image-making strategies; examines the problems of image creation in education organizations. The comparative analysis of two Mazeikiai city’s gymnasiums students’ opinions is presented in master's thesis. Using the interview method thirteen respondents belonging to different levels of the educational organization (head of the department of education, gymnasiums, junior gymnasiums leaders, educators, school board chairman, parents) were interviewed. Gymnasium’s choice motives, organizational culture elements influence to the image of the gymnasium are presented in the analysis. The results showed that the most important elements that determine the image of the school is the quality of educational services; the expertise staff; organization culture; organization’s communication about itself. |
