In this Master’sthesisworkthere is analyzed realization of Good governance in Šiauliai primary health care institutions. In the first part of Master’s thesis workthere are analyzed Public administration concepts, through some insights of Lithuanian and foreign authors and opinion, Good governance and it’s principles conception is revealed. Moreover, in this part are analyzed health protection and formationand implemantation of primary health care system, principles of Good governance implementation in the health protection system and in the intitutions of primary health care, revealed the interfaces of Good governance principles with heath protection system.In empirical part of this Master’s thesisworkthe situational analysis of Good governace principles realization in Šiauliai primary healht care institutions, there are analyzes activities reports of Šiauliai primary heath care institutions, strategy of Šiauliai society health care, also 2013 –2015 years activity plan of Šiauliai municipality, 2013 year society health promotion programs and it’s realization, code of condact of public institution Dainai primary health care center, society health council regulations of Šiauliai city municipality and strategic development plan of Šiauliai city 2007 –2016 year.The method of qualitative data collection –formalized interview with informants(directors and administration employees of Šiauliai centraloutpatient clinic, Dainai primary health care center and Tilžės street general practices doctors cabinet). The survey instrument –interview questionnaire –was designed basing on principles of Good governance in theoretical part of Bachelor’s thesis.The opportunities for improvement of principles of Good governance realization, the realization problems and their causes, the opportunities for principles improvement are set. The analysis of Good governance principles and the implementation of their are accomplished. Also,the strengths and opportunities are analyzed. |
