Abstract [eng] |
Compounds containing thiophene, indole and pyrazole framework often possess important properties that are widely applied in practice. Their structure can be often found in biologically active compounds, in active optical materials, such as organic light emitting diodes. Therefore it is very important to find new or to improve already known methods for the synthesis of these classes of compounds. In present work synthetic method of 2-halogeno-3-nitrothiophene was optimized and used as precursor for the 4H-thieno[3,2-b]indole synthesis. The synthetic method of 3-[4-(1-piperazinyl)butyl]-1H-indole was optimized and alkylation of NH group of piperazine ring was studied. A series of hydroxamic acids were synthesized from 3-[4-(1-piperazinyl)butyl]-1H-indole N-alkyl esters and their in vitro antitumor activity was investigated. Selective and efficient synthetic methods of 3-bromo(iodo or nitro)-4-bromo(iodo or nitro)-1H-pyrazole derivatives were elaborated. It was found that ethoxyethyl group effectively protects NH bond of the pyrazole ring in basic conditions and tends to migrate by forming most stable position isomer in acidic conditions. The preparative method of migration was elaborated. The reactions of 1-ethoxyethyl-1H-pyrazole derivatives with magnesium and lithium organic compounds were investigated and optimized. Substituted 1-ethoxyethyl-3-iodo-1H-pyrazoles were studied as substrates in Sonogashira and Negishi cross-coupling reactions. |
