There in this master degree final work are supplied fundamental - microeconomics factors’ influence on the companies’ stock assessment. The work consists of three parts. In the first part, it is based on scientific sources, opinions of various authors, accomplished price change fundamental analysis and share price determent fundamental actions theoretical analysis. Using scientific research-here has been identified fundamental-microeconomics factors characterizing indexes. In the second part there is accomplished official Nasdaq OMX Baltic companies’ stock prices in the trade list and capitalization dynamics analysis, analyzed microeconomics indexes change tendencies. In the third part there is formed the fundamental-microeconomics factors’ influence on the stock price assessment models. After the created model examples these are excluded indexes, which usage would be purposeful to assess possible stock price changes at the Nasdaq OMX Baltic market. The survey results have showed that the Nasdaq OMX Baltic official trade list companies’ stock price are significantly influenced by the fundamental-microeconomics indexes: stock price and book - value (P/Bv), property return (ROE) and assets return (ROA). The conclusions and recommendations to the stock market participants have been supplied in the end of the work. |
