Nowadays new information management is revealing due to the rapid growth of information technology in the world. Quick especially high-speed Internet and the popularity of smart devices help to improve the accessability of information everywhere and anytime. Creation, editing, storing or using its content become capable for each internet user. As a result of growing popularity of internet, online music stores, and progress in digital audio compression technology allowed music listeners to create massive music libraries. Appeared automatic playlists algorithms and music recommender systems helps users to listen to the music they want only and saves them time, because there is no need for consumers to create their own playlists. In the thesis music shuffle algorithm based on user‘s music play history is designed. The algorithm is oriented to minimize the additional user action intervention in order to identify suitable music for the listener at the moment. Under the proposed algorithm a prototype is realized. Comparison of the prototype and other existing music players with shuffle function showed the proposed algorithm is more accurate and adaptive to user's music listening needs than other existing solutions. |
