Abstract [eng] Master‘s thesis Non-formal children’s education is very important, but various authors says that this phenomena have organization problems. Research problem is that it is important to assess the main non – formal children’s education organization aspects, younger and older class students and teachers opinion about non-formal education organization situation and opportunities for improvement. The object of the research-non-formal children’s education organization. The aim of the research – to assess non-formal children’s education organization problems and opportunities for improvement. Research hypothesis is that non-formal children’s education organization have a lot of problems in accessibility, option and finance ranges because students and teachers have different opinion about non-formal children’s education organization problems and opportunities for improvement. The research methods: research literature and Lithuanian education document analysis; questionnaire poll of students, interview with non-formal children’s education teachers; data arrange with mathematical statistical program – SPSS 19.00. Research members: 5 non-formal children’s education teachers and 204 students from two X Šiauliai city schools. Theoretical analysis shows that there are not enough non-formal children’s education activities and not all children can participate there. Activities are also sometimes difficult to reach and the time of it is inconvenient. The environment is often unfitted, there is not enough inventor, teachers cannot afford to improve their skills. The results of the survey partially prove the hypothesis. Student’s and teacher’s opinions about non – formal children’s education organization problems are similar, but students suggest improving communication with teacher, whereas teachers want their work environment improved and better financial conditions. Quantitative analysis shows that there are enough non-formal children’s education activities and they are available. Students in activities express themselves, find new friends. Whereas environment in activities is ambience, warm and tidy. Students have a good opinion about their teachers. Teachers are creative, have a lot of ideas.
